What is this program?  

Prevention Resource Centers (PRCs) host trainings, support local drug and alcohol use prevention programs, ensure tobacco retailer compliance with tobacco laws to reduce the underage use of tobacco, and connect people with local resources related to drug and alcohol use. Prevention Resource Centers in Texas provide information about substance use to the general community and help track substance use problems. This resource is specifically designed to educate about substance use and misuse prevention.
