What is this supplemental? 

The search institute resources examine social and emotional factors along with other key variables that affect student motivation and engagement. The Search Institute website provides tools for classroom activities to measure and improve academic motivation. The Developmental Assets identifies a set of skills, experiences, relationships, and behaviors that enable young people to develop into successful and contributing adults. Keep Connected is another program from the Search Institute focused on parent engagement for schools.
